A battery-powered HMI ballast, the EB180PD can operate on regular AC mains power too. The EB180PD could be the most useful bit of kit you have: typically it can drive 6 different lamp types using universal AC mains 95V to 265V, and also battery power from 48V to 60V. From battery power you can operate fixtures in the range 200W-575W (and in some circumstances up to 800W). Plug the EB180P ballast into the AC mains to run all those lights, and continue on up to 1800W, giving you phenomenal flexibility. The EB180PD is based on the tried-and-tested Power Gems technology, leveraged to extend to low voltage DC operation.
